🌟 1 star Disappointing and unprofessional experience in Oberhausen – not recommended I had a very frustrating incident today at the Regus location in Oberhausen (buildings 273/275/277). I arrived promptly at 2:45 p.m. I tried calling several times, rang all the doorbells, and visited all three buildings – no access, no information, no contact person. It was only two minutes before my scheduled time, at 2:58 p.m., that I received a call and was told someone would open the door shortly. However, by that point, I had already been waiting for over 15 minutes, and it was obvious that I wouldn't be able to make my important interview in time. This incident was very damaging to my business and left an extremely unprofessional impression. I have already requested a refund – if this isn't forthcoming, I will contact the relevant authorities and make my experience public. I've had good experiences with Regus before, but this incident was simply unacceptable. This shouldn't happen with a professional provider.

What was good: Plenty of parking spaces, nicely furnished offices. What wasn't nice, but still acceptable: During the initial viewing, they talked about a desk, but in the end, I was given another space in a different office. This workstation was supposed to be equipped with a partition wall - that never happened! What's actually unacceptable: No air conditioning, much too hot to work in in good weather. When signing the contract, the lady asked me if I wanted to receive mail, and I said "no." It's free, I'll check that box for you - was the reply. After a few months, this service, which I never used, became chargeable with no right to opt out, citing the terms and conditions. The account was simply debited. The account was also debited one month after the cancellation. Recommendation: Don't take the contract lightly and don't trust blindly! Here, too, profitability takes precedence over customer service!
