We rented a conference room there, and I have to honestly say we were impressed by how smoothly everything went. The room was prepared before we arrived, and the catering we booked was also very good. We'd love to come again!

Unfortunately, First Choice becomes “Last Choice” for me. I had booked a day pass from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. A day later I received a call from headquarters saying that no one was on site at 8 a.m., but only from 8:30 a.m., which I don't think is right per se. This should have been communicated before booking. If I book from 8:00 a.m., I expect someone to be on site from 8:00 a.m. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to illness. I did this immediately by email. When I didn't receive an answer, I canceled again by email the next day and canceled the booking again in the system. Since I had paid in advance via Paypal, I expected that I would get my money back. Instead, no one responds to my emails. A further call to the hotline, in which I was assured that I would be called back immediately, also had no result. I now have to apply for buyer protection with Paypal to get my money back. Unfortunately, for me this behavior is unprofessional and not particularly serious. I often go to coworking spaces, but luckily I've never experienced anything like this!
