I used this location as my business address and can only strongly advise against it: - Mail regularly disappears, including very important letters. (I'm missing at least 15-20 letters.) - Promised weekly delivery? None – if you're lucky, the mail goes out once a month. - Staff availability? Rare as a solar eclipse. - Calls or emails are almost never answered. - Deposits after termination are not refunded, no matter how long you wait. (I'm still waiting for it.) - Collecting your own mail in person is prohibited. - The mail is often left open in the entrance area, accessible to everyone – there's no question of data protection here. - I've even received mail from other people's companies on several occasions – absolutely dubious! Conclusion: For me, this was a complete disappointment and a real business risk. Save yourself the hassle, time, and money – there are more reputable providers!

It would be nice if the Harborside company/the owner were also able to pay their own bills...

Unfortunately, I still haven't received my deposit back after a few months, even though this was promised. Very disappointing!
