I am truly disappointed with how my cancellation was handled. It was sent by mail on time, but is now being marked as "not received." Despite this, they are showing absolutely no leniency. What's particularly infuriating is that I notified them again on the 1st of the month, the very day the contract was supposed to end. Instead of showing understanding, I'm now being accused of contacting them 24 hours too late, with the consequence that I'm being charged for the entire remaining contract period. Excuse me, but of course I only contacted them after receiving the invoice on the 1st, having already cancelled, and then politely inquired why I was being billed at all. This behavior is neither customer-friendly nor fair. Especially with such a minimal delay, I would have expected at least some leniency. As a customer, I simply feel cheated.

Highly recommended – professional, competent, and customer-focused! I'm thrilled with my experience with Prooffice in Monheim! From the very beginning, the service was first-class. The product selection is vast and of very high quality. I was particularly impressed by the uncomplicated, friendly, and patient manner of all the employees. Extremely disappointing service. I would never choose this company again. My clear advice: Go with the competition. My experience: A simple company name change wasn't implemented for weeks despite timely notification. There was no proactive communication; instead, statements like "Unfortunately, we didn't receive your email" were used to cover up the error. The result was returned mail, verification problems, and considerable additional work, which has now even led to difficulties with the authorities. A complete nightmare for anyone "just" looking for a business address in Monheim. While the managing director was friendly and acknowledged the mistake, a credit for the affected period was refused. In the end, the impression remains that the customer bears all the consequences. Save yourself the hassle. I'm canceling my contract and switching to the competition!

However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member.
