I submitted an inquiry in October and received a call the same day. The telephone consultation with Özlem Sevinc deserves special mention. She provided me with very precise and targeted advice regarding the size of the storage unit. I could call her anytime between booking and moving in, and she answered any questions I had. Furthermore, I wasn't pressured into anything; instead, based on the dimensions of my furniture, she offered me a suitable storage unit. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

I'm really very happy with Space Plus storage in Hagen! The storage units are modern, clean, and secure – exactly what you'd want. The entire site is well-maintained and easily accessible, and loading and unloading is a breeze. The on-site team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available if you have any questions. You can tell that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Booking and management are also completely straightforward and digital – truly top-notch organization! Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription.
