Ein inspirierender Ort für New Work und Networking. Die IMA ist für uns mit der Lokalwerkstatt als Agentur für Kommunikation ein Glücksgriff. Hier können wir New Work nicht nur umsetzen, sondern auch wirklich leben. Die digitale Infrastruktur ist hervorragend und die Räumlichkeiten sind optimal, besonders für unsere Redaktionsmeetings. Alles ist top ausgestattet, repräsentativ eingerichtet - und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Sehr guter und sehr menschlicher Co-Working-Space! Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr gut und professionell ausgestattet - von guten Arbeitsplätzen, über Büros und professionelle Besprechungsräume für Präsenz- und Online-Meetings bis zu großen Konferenz-Bereichen ist alles dabei. Das gesamte Betreiber-Team setzt sich sehr für die Co-Worker ein und unterstützt sie individuell auf Augenhöhe. Wer möchte, probiert den Co-Working Space einfach Tageweise aus oder kommt zu den kostenlosen Veranstaltungen!

A modern location with a great and friendly team. We are very happy to have our office here. The meeting rooms are well-equipped and impress with their clean, modern design – ideal for creative collaboration and professional discussions. The roof terrace is also impressive: a pleasant retreat within the building that further enhances work and offers space for relaxed breaks or informal meetings. In short: we feel very much at home here and look forward to many more successful years!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with IMA.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with IMA, who is more than happy to help out.
