The product itself is truly excellent—there's absolutely nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the support significantly dampens the overall picture: unavailable, extremely long response times (for Priority 1 and 2, downtime lasted a full 14 days). You have a great product, so please give your support a full run as well—that would make everything perfect.

Requested a product presentation several times, no response! Then called there and politely asked for an appointment for a performance...again no response. Apparently the company doesn't need any new customers, or does it only focus on large companies?

We were generally satisfied with d.velop. However, for some time now, we've been experiencing problems where extensions programmed for us suddenly stop working. Support should respond quickly in such cases. Our IT consultant has been trying to contact support for days, but this seems to be only possible via the support ticket portal. There's been no response from d.velop. This is causing chaos with our documents (the extension affects the "edit all" function, meaning you can edit multiple documents simultaneously. This is unfortunately not possible in the standard d.velop version, but is requested by many customers – see other reviews).
