Absolutely catastrophic! If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only other people's cars are towed here, but also the vehicles of their own customers and tenants – even if they've only been parked for 10-15 minutes. There's no sign of consideration or customer service! Instead of fair solutions or clear communication, a climate of rip-off and ignorance prevails here. This is not how you treat business partners, tenants, or visitors. Anyone who values integrity, respect, and reasonable behavior should definitely avoid this place. Absolutely unacceptable to me!
