Small rooms, good location, zero service – after a long search, I finally found the check-in machine. The stairwell was run-down and dark. Rooms facing the parking lot were noisy (garbage collection until 11 pm, leaf blower from 5 am, and from 7:30 am).

The hotel is located in an old mine and still boasts many of its attractions, from the canteen to the stamp cards. The rooms are very clean and tidy with modern amenities. The bathrooms are very nicely decorated. Unfortunately, no one was there when we checked in, which made finding the key difficult, but we were quickly helped over the phone.

Very nice and affordable hotel. The service was superb from Susanne, who helped me through the phone and WhatsApp. Easy to find and super easy check-in system. I really appreciate that I could find a place at 1 am that was available and allowed dogs. It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s quick, easy and affordable - just want I wanted.

A hotel that describes itself as a co-working space, but at the same time without reliably functioning WiFi in the rooms (constant outages). Checking in at the terminal was torture. The sensitivity when entering the letters was too low. So you almost had to break your finger to get the letters for your last name and email to be recorded. The room was far too bright. The curtains couldn't be closed properly. There is a bright motion detector outside. So every time someone smokes the room is screened (room 101) Positive: The room is very clean

I really enjoy using the hotel for my business. Often in conjunction with coworking, directly above the hotel, this is ideal for me. The many dining options on the ground floor of the chilled area and in the immediate vicinity round off the location. I don't need a car there. The breakfast recommendations from the reception at Malzers and Büsch (both 3 minutes walk) are very rich and tasty for little money. I'd love to come back.
Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.
While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Chillten may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
With a monthly membership, Fürst Leopold Platz 1 offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.
Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Fürst Leopold Platz 1 has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Day Passs for an entire day. Additionally, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
