RIP-OFF Be careful with this company! Contracts don't match employee statements. I was provided with storage space that was far too large, contrary to what was discussed. Contracts were backdated by the company and the employee. I won't be released from the contract. And finally, I'm now receiving reminders and debt collection threats for storage space that wasn't even provided to me. Be careful and don't get ripped off. This comment is not fake and was written by me personally.

I was at a training event. We had booked a room for two days. We were forgotten by the catering. Despite a parking ticket issued by facility management, I received a €141 fine today for causing a "disturbance." As a tenant, with a parking ticket. They expect a repeat offense. PAH, nothing will ever bring me anywhere near this facility, which is also visually unappealing.

The parking situation is absolutely confusing. During the height of the pandemic, the previously free parking spaces became "rent me" spaces. If I understood correctly, they require a 500 euro deposit and 60 euros per month. So, while the tenants there are struggling to survive, they're being milked even more. You pay 60 euros per month for a parking space in the city center, by the way. Information about parking requirements is now only available via QR code, and apparently a company has been hired to record "illegally" parked cars and then send them a mail-order request for a fine of just over 100 euros. I sincerely hope the city of Bonn intervenes soon to put a stop to this locust-like grazing.

Very dubious! The employee tells us different things than what is stated in the contract. If you pay the rent directly, you have to pay an account management fee. However, during the conversation, the employee stated that direct debit is subject to a fee. No insight was provided during the personal conversation. The employee claimed that we weren't listening. Very dubious and unprofessional. The employee also seemed unfocused and stressed. Therefore, not recommended.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership.
