I'm one of the first tenants at TOR 12 and have been working there for 12 years. It's a place where you feel at home and work in a relaxed atmosphere. I've made many nice contacts and friends over the years, and I particularly enjoyed the communicative exchange—both personal and professional.

I needed a conference room for a video conference in Bielfeld at short notice. I found what I was looking for at Tor12 and wasn't disappointed. Communication with Claus Lemcke was super fast, pragmatic and reliable. The rooms on site are both functional and aesthetic. And a very nice welcome on site from Kofi, who gave me a good introduction and also kindly helped me out with the (forgotten) headset! Gladly again!

I was looking for a space for a half-day coaching session and was able to work in the conference room at Tor12. In my opinion, the room is (very) well-suited for up to seven people and offers everything you need for work, including a flipchart, TV, pinboard, and post-it notes. The preliminary discussions with Claus Lemcke (Tor12 management) were professional and straightforward. Everything ran smoothly and at a completely fair price. However, as a moderator or coach, you should plan time before the start of your work session with your clients to prepare coffee, drinks, etc. My impression is that Tor12 is focused on coworking in a do-it-yourself style. This worked very well for us. Everything went smoothly. If you want to rent an environment where catering is also provided or taken care of, in my opinion, Tor12 is not the right place for you.

We needed a conference room at very short notice and things couldn't have gone better than at Tor12. A beautiful room, a warm welcome and an absolutely uncomplicated transaction. The proximity to the train station was an additional bonus, but arriving by car was also uncomplicated as there was enough parking space for us around Gate 12. I would also like to mention that the chairs in the conference room are incredibly comfortable. We felt very comfortable, thank you again!

TOR12 Bielefeld has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Tor12.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Tor12, who is more than happy to help out.
