For me, the perfect place to work! A great mix of modern, open-plan spaces with flexible desks, a dedicated workspace if needed, or even a private office for the team. There are also phone booths and top-notch meeting rooms, as well as plenty of space for events in the cinema or the Pioneer Kitchen. You'll find everything you need at Pioneers, including highly professional event organization. On top of that, there's a fantastic team that's always there for members and organizes a variety of events. But the Pioneers Club is so much more than just a co-working space where you can rent desks; it's a real community, if you want it to be. Sharing lunch on the rooftop terrace, chatting by the coffee machine or while doing crossword puzzles—here you can connect both personally and professionally, and every freelancer will benefit from this exchange.

Pioneers Club is much more than a co-working space: warm and welcoming people, a professional atmosphere, and a genuine sense of community. There are bright, stylish rooms, quiet focus areas, phone booths, and top-of-the-line meeting rooms. Whether you prefer a flexible workspace for maximum flexibility or a dedicated desk, you can choose the option that best suits your needs. The team is incredibly attentive, solution-oriented, supportive, and always friendly. You can feel that entrepreneurs are truly welcome here. The events and networking opportunities are valuable on many different levels. I highly recommend it!

Probably the best place to work in Bielefeld. More than just co-working: At the Pioneers Club, you're surrounded by a relaxed yet professional environment. It's the perfect place to quickly find solutions in a professional context, whether for small questions or large challenges. In the open-plan area directly on Klosterplatz, you even have a direct view of the Sparrenburg Castle! Also part of the Pioneers Club: a Pioneers event kitchen, a cinema, several conference rooms, a private space (where I sit), a podcast studio, and much more! For me, this isn't just a workplace, but an environment that inspires and motivates. Thank you, dear Pioneers team!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Pioneers Club.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Pioneers Club, who is more than happy to help out.
