I wanted to rent a storage unit for storing household goods, which was advertised on Immonet. After a brief contact, Mr. Braun from Berlin contacted me by phone to arrange an appointment. He was extremely friendly and accommodating. The appointment was supposed to be on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. with the center manager in charge. This was canceled shortly after 9:00 a.m. on the day of the appointment because the keys to the storage units had been forgotten - it can happen. Access would still be possible via the entrance downstairs, and I know the property very well. The phone call was the culmination of the morning - very abusive and forceful. There was currently only one 22 sq m storage unit available at a price of €262. The advert said a 25 sq m unit for €250?! And the rental period must generally be for at least 6 months. The advertisement states "from 4 weeks". When I asked why these ads were still online if they had already been rented, I was asked. "Because boxes keep becoming available." Very misleading. Online ad = available, which is my understanding and the purpose of an ad. Unfortunately, Mr. Wiesner is no longer responsible for this area; I would have done business with him immediately. Now I've decided to go with the competition, even though it's significantly farther away and costs more. I will not tolerate such behavior under any circumstances.
