What a wonderful place to stay! Such a warm welcome, a great room with a wonderful view of the Warnow River. Everything was perfect... great food, stylish ambiance. Every little detail was carefully considered. Thank you for letting us be guests at this hotel. Friendliness is truly valued here. We'd love to come back.

1 Nacht bei euch gewesen. Von Anfang an war es das tollste Erlebnis. Empfangsmitarbeiter sehr nett und zuvorkommend,wir durften unseren Koffer auch beim Rezeption abstellen(weil etwas früher da waren). Das Rooftop Bar mega schön ,auch total liebe Personal,sehr aufmekrsam. So ging es weiter zum Abendsbuffet(SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERT!!) Feinste Speisen,vielseitig,lecker.. Sehr bemühte Personal hier auch. Zimmer sind sauber und modern und sehr gemütlich. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

The location was perfect for the Christmas markets. The hotel had parking right beneath although it's not for hotel residents only. We were lucky to find a parking spot. You pay about 20 to 25 euro per day for parking. Rooms were clean and nice. We slept amazingly because it was quiet and very dark. Service was fine and altogether it was a great stay. We used the sauna, steam bath etc and enjoyed it all very much. Would recommend

Top hotel for dogs in a 100% central location! We brought our little Fiete (dachshund). Food bowls, treats, and a blanket were waiting for us. We'd also never seen a door sign indicating that a dog was in the room before. Thank you so much! Quick note: the lobby smells wonderful... A super pleasant scent! 🤩
