If you want to enjoy a view of the water while working, this is the place for you. The co-working space is modernly furnished and even offers delicious coffee, fast Wi-Fi, and a fantastic view for an affordable daily fee. You can spend your lunch break wonderfully with a walk, a swim, or stand-up paddleboarding (included). If you'd like to stay overnight, you can also add this at a reasonable price. This is where my only negative star comes in: The beds creak quite a bit, and because of the thin walls, I can hear the creaking, alarm clocks, and conversations of my roommates. I was a bit unlucky that some guests had to get up at 3 a.m., and I woke up with them. I would still go back, with earplugs in hand, because it was truly idyllic, beautiful, and relaxing. Thank you for this great co-working location, dear Project Bay team.

If you need accommodation and at the same time have peace and quiet to work while traveling, this is definitely a great space to use.

The place is really very nice, well organized, well located. Only I am disgusted with the staff, I come to spend 11 nights with them to do a Sassnitz training course so I took my electric scooter with me for the first two days it was good the third day. The lady comes and tells me, I am not allowed to take my scooter into my room to charge it even though there is an electric scooter in front of the offices in the corridor, the lady asks me not to take my scooter into my room anymore, and she tries to find me an option in the garage while going down in the elevator, the lady tells me, you have to pay for the electricity to charge it. even though she knows that I paid for 11 nights, I was away on a weekend I find that unprofessional😔
