It used to be a really nice space, but the quality has declined drastically. (Leaked bottles in the refrigerator, broken toilets, no water because the water dispenser is broken, broken coffee machines, and currently construction noise because the roof terrace is being renovated.) Right now, the most annoying thing is that there are no longer any parking spaces for customers, and Brunnenweg 19 is very busy due to the other businesses and especially in the mornings because of the daycare center in the building. The regular parking spaces on the street have also been partially re-signed for short-term parking – for parents dropping off their children, etc. Therefore, be extremely careful where you park your car. Some time ago, tickets were issued for parking on the grass verge by the tracks. However, that seems to be no longer the case.

The shared office is not as fancy as perhaps others, but the personal support from the office staff is just great. It also has everything it needs.

We were tenants at SleevesUp Weiterstadt for years and were always completely satisfied! The working atmosphere is super pleasant, the rooms are modern and well equipped. The SleevesUp team (especially Antje) is extremely helpful and always friendly. I can only recommend SleevesUp Weiterstadt as a landlord.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Rivvers.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
