Very friendly staff, short-notice appointment, and we were able to use the warehouse after a week. 24/7 access, freight elevator, and parking directly in front.

This is a complete rip-off. Caution! These are fake reviews designed to make the company look better. Very difficult to reach when problems arise, and managers constantly change. Utility bills are withheld (supposedly there aren't any) and then the security deposit is retained upon moving out, despite all bills having been paid. After several years as a tenant, you're being ripped off and ripped off. The building is poorly clean despite repeated requests for improvements. You should definitely avoid this company!

Sirius Business Park Pfungstadt has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Sirius Facilities.
