For the past two weeks, I have been reporting a lack of heating in my apartment, and despite one attempted—unfortunately unsuccessful—technician visit, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. It feels like the staff is not putting enough pressure on the technical team to finally fix this problem. Temperatures are about to drop below zero, and I’m already freezing at night in the apartment. I’m really disappointed and hoping for urgent action and an effective repair of the heating system. I truly hope I’ll be able to update this review and give five stars, but only once the heating is finally fixed. It’s quite absurd to be dealing with this issue almost in winter, especially in a new building.

I highly recommend to stay in ipartment Europaviertal. The accommodation is lovely and warm and clean, and everything in the apartment has a high spec finish. Valentina welcomed us into ipartment and it really seems like a home from home. The accommodation is surrounded by the best of restaurants, the Skyline Plaza shopping centre, and so many other facilities right on your door step. For a long stay or a short stay, staying in ipartment is fantastic

We stayed in ipartment and absolutely loved it. The accommodation is very clean, with new furnishings, underground car parking, fast Wi-Fi, and in the fantastic location of Europaviertal. Valentina, the building manager, is always so kind, so helpful and very welcoming – Thank you Valentina for everything! We loved our stay in ipartment in Europaviertal and we would recommend staying in ipartment to anyone visiting Frankfurt.

Clean rooms, relatively new furnishings, and very friendly staff. Of course, the Frankfurt Bahnhofsviertel (train station district) is right on the doorstep, but that also explains the fair room rate by Frankfurt standards. Plus, the location is excellent for work. There's no shortage of restaurants, snack bars, or shops in the Bahnhofsviertel—everything you need is there. I've been there for seven weeks now and will be back when I have more time to do...
