A well-organized and clean warehouse with ample parking. Access is straightforward, and the presence of an elevator is very helpful. However, I find it a shame that there are no platform trolleys or transport carts for heavy boxes. Currently, you have to carry all the boxes to the elevator and then from the elevator back to the warehouse, which is very time-consuming and tiring when dealing with a large number of boxes. Several platform trolleys (with a load capacity of approximately 200 kg or more), ideally one per floor, would be very useful, allowing you to transport multiple boxes at once – especially during peak times. Overall, it's a good warehouse; this improvement would make it significantly more convenient.

First and foremost, I must commend the excellent advice and support from the staff: 10 out of 5 😀. The storage units are easily accessible, dry, and clean. A variety of unit sizes are available to suit every need. Access to the units is possible at any time. There is a loading ramp and a freight elevator. Highly recommended!!

I've been renting an office there for about three months and I'm very satisfied. The offices and the building are very clean, the staff are very courteous and immediately helpful with any request. The price/performance ratio is very fair. We'll probably expand and will definitely rent a few more offices from Sirius in Dreieich. Many thanks also to the center manager, Ms. Maraghehchi, who helped us a lot with the rental.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Sirius Facilities.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Sirius Facilities, who is more than happy to help out.
