The TIZ offers office space for small and medium-sized companies. The rent is reasonable and the rental conditions are good. Due to its location almost directly at the main train station, the TIZ is also easily accessible by public transport. There is a coworking space and you can rent conference rooms by the day. Lunch is served in the bistro.
