Dimitri Vaingolts
Disappointing experience with Auxilium Business Center GmbH & Co. KG I would like to share my extremely disappointing experience with Auxilium Business Center GmbH & Co. KG to warn other potential customers about similar problems. As Managing Director of Vaingolts Media Group GmbH, I was looking for a suitable domicile address and a virtual office for a new company. Unfortunately, the collaboration with Auxilium turned out to be anything but professional and transparent. From the very beginning, the process was characterized by non-transparent and misleading assurances from the company. We were pressured to complete the online ordering process, even though we didn't yet have a bank account due to the new company. Despite repeated attempts to clarify the situation, we were confronted with unauthorized invoices and short payment deadlines, even though no final contract had been signed. Particularly serious was the constant pressure exerted through repeated emails and, ultimately, the threatening reminders. We were threatened with informing the authorities that we no longer had a business address with Auxilium, even though this was demonstrably never the case. These threats are not only baseless, but are clearly intended to harm and pressure us. This constitutes clear coercion, as well as slander and damage to our image. It is shocking how little transparency and fairness exist in Auxilium's business processes. Communication was poor, and our inquiries were often ignored or not answered. The demands were unjustified and based on false assurances and pressure. I strongly advise against working with Auxilium Business Center GmbH & Co. KG. Our experiences were characterized by unprofessional behavior, unjustified demands, and constant threats. This is not a company you can trust. Response to the threatening phrase of May 26, 2025: My full statement is shown in the image. Google restored my review after reviewing it – and for good reason. Update from June 10, 2025 – Documented deletion of a threatening phrase

The apartment was clean, lacking absolutely nothing. It had a beautiful view of the trees. It was quiet. Very satisfied.

Auxilium Business Center - Bremen has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Auxilium Business Center.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
-
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Auxilium Business Center, who is more than happy to help out.

Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
