Friendly service. A fully equipped kitchen on each floor. Meeting rooms without cloakrooms. Phone booths unsuitable for Germans 😁. No signs to the rooms or restrooms.

Very bad experience! Terrible customer service. Nobody at location or corporate office answering phone or email in case of needs or urgencies. I was not able to collect my US driver license (office was closed despite I was told it was not by the desk agent) and no answer to my calls and email to retrieve it. I had to send someone to pick it up in person and ship to me (68€). Plus i lost 400€ of non refundable car rental due to the fact I didn’t have my driver license and I was not allowed to rent a car during my vacation.
