It’s a nice hotel. The hotel restaurant should be open every day to serve the guest, not closed on Sunday and Monday. Please have a true restaurant that is always available for your guests , not just a bar. I expect that in a 4 star hotel.

+Platinum upgrade to Executive Floor, included breakfast, lounge access, and welcome points. Children also received a small gift. +Heated pool. Could be a bit hotter. +The lounge has hot dishes in the evening, with a great view. +Breakfast included porridge and fried rice. +Very low price for a staycation on Saturday night.

Thanks to Maja at the information desk, I had a really pleasant experience. I travel every month, and she was truly the kindest staff member I’ve ever met. The room was average, but the breakfast and the swimming pool were great.

They don’t invest in maintaining the gym. The same leg machine (leg extension/leg curl) has been broken for months. The last time I was here, I informed the person at the gym reception. To this day, it’s still broken. They don’t care.
