• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Ruby Workspaces.

• Can I visit Ruby Workspaces - München before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Ruby Workspaces - München? How about for a day or a month?

  Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Ruby Workspaces - München has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Day Passs for an entire day. Additionally, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  With a monthly membership, Ruby Workspaces - München offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only. 

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions.
