Our company, emagine GmbH, rented several office spaces for a year. The atmosphere was good. The offices were superbly equipped and bright, with height-adjustable desks and modern chairs. A modern, clean kitchen with drinks and a coffee machine was available, as well as meeting rooms. Public transport connections and the infrastructure were excellent.

Nutrion offers high-quality rooms with height-adjustable desks and high-quality chairs. Meeting rooms are sufficient and can only be booked online free of charge for tenants and are usually sufficiently available. Coffee / tea / water / WiFi is included. Unfortunately, the location has other disadvantages that caused me to cancel after a short time: There is no reception and therefore NO reliable way to send documents/letters/packages to the office. You rely on a “special tenant” - a very well-known alternative taxi service provider. This opens the doors... unfortunately only from late morning onwards... but then very often and you get so many visitors that you never know who you'll meet in the office, in the hallway or in the kitchen, which again raises massive security questions. And so it was no surprise that packages were lost or urgent documents sent via DHL or UPS repeatedly arrived late. One day an office chair simply disappeared from our office. What was particularly interesting was when the office was not locked by the cleaning service, which meant that my company no longer left anything important in the office. This “reception replacement tenant” will probably be moving out soon, but how it will be ensured that something can still be handed in remains a mystery. Additionally, you should consider which rooms you rent - especially on the first floor you can't really open the windows and the air often has a quality that could be cut. Despite the multiple air circulation touted by the management. Complaints in this context are not really addressed by the management and woe betide you if you want to terminate the contract, then you very quickly get to know other sides of the landlord and it becomes unpleasantly compartmentalized. So if you don't care about security, don't get many customer visits (ringing the doorbell usually doesn't lead to anything unless you lie in wait), don't get much mail/parcels and don't have any other demands on the usual things in a shared office center, then you're in good hands there.

I worked at Nutrion (Lahm) for three years and loved the atmosphere there. It's a great place to both focus on your office and co-create collaboratively – for example, in the three spacious conference rooms or the open kitchen lounge. Design is important to me, and Nutrion simply has beautiful, simple, and elegant furniture. It also has a friendly atmosphere that makes you feel truly at home. Last but not least, the location right next to the Laim S-Bahn station is very convenient. Thanks to Thomas and Florian for the great office!
