Very pleasant hotel. We had interesting adventure here: in front of the hotel there is a a local fire department. Suddenly in the middle of the night sirens went off. We woke up scared. Then spotted cars arriving to the fire depot. One by one they started to change cloths, entered fire trucks and were gone. All in 3 minutes. Great experience, never saw it before.

OP doorreis naar Salzburg of Italie? Dit is echt een aanrader om te verblijven. Geweldig schoon, mooie ruime kamer met een vriendelijke persoonlijke welkoms kaart. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. echt alles aanwezig en vers. Een heerlijke welness met drie sauna faciliteiten. Je kunt er zelfs je electrische auto opladen aan de achterkant.

Last year, from October to February, I was a guest at the Klostermaier almost every week – and I've been back again this year, staying there weekly since November. Every stay has been absolutely superb. From the moment you arrive, you're always greeted warmly, but never intrusively. The atmosphere is both welcoming and professional, so you feel right at home from the very first moment. The rooms are beautifully and modernly furnished; this year they were even renovated and modernized – although they were already absolutely top-notch. The room service is also impeccable and leaves nothing to be desired. A particular highlight is the staff: everyone is extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Special requests are always accommodated, and the response times are remarkably quick. This warm hospitality makes every stay so pleasant. I was also pleasantly surprised and delighted by a small Christmas gift, which I hadn't expected at all. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them again most sincerely – a truly lovely and thoughtful gesture!
