Office Manufaktur provides me with a well-organized workspace. The furnishings, lighting, layout, and atmosphere all blend seamlessly. I can always find free parking, and there's also an electric vehicle charging station. I can work in peace and quiet, and if needed, I can chat with other coworkers at the cozy coffee bar. The proximity to Lake Schliersee is also perfect. I'll definitely be back.

Out of the city and into nature. "Working where others go on vacation." At office manufaktur, I get everything I need for a perfect workday: excellent Wi-Fi, height-adjustable desks, and professional media technology. I'm not only surrounded by beautiful nature, but also by extremely friendly people. I'll be back again and again. I promise!

Working at the Office Manufactory in Hausham is a lot of fun. I highly recommend this place! 👌 Everything is furnished in a very modern way, making you feel comfortable. All the technology is state-of-the-art. You can book anything here, whether for large events and workshops, a workplace for the whole month or half a day. There are soundproof rooms for conversations that no one is allowed to hear, and in the summer I like to sit on the terrace again. 🌞 The staff is very nice, attentive and always approachable. Everything is very clean and the coffee is delicious :-). Of course, there are also other drinks available and very tasty food is provided at events. I always feel very comfortable here, so a big thank you to the whole OM team.🫶

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Office Manufaktur.
