Leider ist der Park inzwischen stark heruntergekommen. Nachts funktionieren Beleuchtungen nicht mehr. Gebäude sind oft Sanierungsbedürftig. Viele sind inzwischen in den Toni Park geflüchtet

Some of the office space is outdated. There is no longer a cafeteria in the park.
