Not recommended. -The contact person no longer responds to emails. - Even after three attempts to rectify the situation, furniture parts are still missing and have already been billed.

We wanted an unusual USM lowboard for our living room. Our idea couldn't be realized on the USM configurator. Since my husband knew Mr. Heil from Breitlinger from previous purchases and had very positive experiences with them, we turned to him to make our dream a reality. A short, precise phone call, and six weeks later, the finished piece of furniture, a dream! Everything was very straightforward, and we received the USM lowboard earlier than expected. Next time, we'll order USM directly from Breitinger AG. Such a reliable company is a rarity these days. Friendliness and fairness are also important.

Better customer service ever! I ordered online and then told the lady that it was a gift for my wife for the birth of my son. The lady immediately did everything she could to ensure the USM highboard arrived as quickly as possible to make the final stages of pregnancy as pleasant as possible – I've never seen such customer service in Germany before.

Really great advice - competent, friendly and with real enthusiasm for furnishings. I was taken back into the store today shortly after closing time and they took a lot of time to explain to me all the options, tricks and individual ideas surrounding USM Haller. You can feel real passion and conviction. You really feel in good hands here. Absolute recommendation.
