Lease agreement unclear and full of "horse feet"! Lease agreement for 36 months and 6 months living there rent-free... Special offer: Rent €6.50 plus additional costs of €4.50. Also alleged differences depending on whether or not the air conditioning is used. Verbly announced that there was a graduated rent, but this was nowhere mentioned, neither in the advertisement nor on the flyer. Called the company and received evasive answers... Office space in mediocre condition, supposedly renovated, but it was only patched up at best. All I can say is: Stay away, this company is dubious.

The property's location is very good, as it's right next to the highway. There are good options for dining outside the property. Our office space's location on the property isn't quite as good, as the noise from steam cleaners and forklifts is quite loud all day long. Otherwise, everything's great.
