I had my road bike rim repaired (freehub and two spokes tightened). It cost €70 in total. The price was reasonable. After a year, the spokes were loose again, and the freehub was completely rusted (according to the employee). At first, they offered to replace the freehub, since I had a warranty on the repair. But they would first have to process a warranty claim with Shimano, which would take time. Then they suggested I buy a new rim instead. They would credit me for the freehub. They would keep my old rim and try to find the problem, but the material was probably worn out. For the new rim, they offered me a DT Swiss for €180, minus the freehub. Then there were the installation costs, plus a brake disc and pads, and an adapter because the new rim has a thru-axle. Then they offered me a Shimano rim for €120. Same story. There was no refund for the freehub. They were no longer willing to accept any warranty claims. So I called DT Swiss and asked. I went to a bike shop in Kirchheim. The repair was no problem there. It's been working perfectly ever since.

Ich bin sehr begeistert von der Expertise Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter, zuständig für mich war der Davide und ich muss schon sagen wenn alle Mitarbeiter dieses Niveau aufweisen dann hut ab, ich bin restlos zufrieden der gute mann konnte sofort weiterhelfen und mein Problem am Fahrrad feststellen sowohl als auch in kurzer Zeit problemlos beheben, er war sehr freundlich zuvorkommend nett und konnte natürlich alle Fragen die ich hatte beantworten, absolute Spitze der Mann, solange weiterhin solche qualitativ hochwertigen Mitarbeiter wie der Davide in dieser werkstatt sind sieht die zukunft sehr gut aus, die Preise sind sehr fair das Essen ist gut das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und angenehm. Zusammengefasst werde ich die Werkstatt nichtmehr wechseln und bin vollkommen zufrieden. :)

Great service for repairs and at the counter (delicious coffees). So far, I've always been able to get an appointment on the spur of the moment, which has been very helpful. The workshop has helped me several times, both inexpensively and professionally. Davide recently did a great job setting up my road bike (replacing some of the gears, etc.) and also adjusted it. My mountain bike has also been to the Weberei and received excellent repairs and adjustments. In this respect, I highly recommend them and will continue to be my workshop of choice.

I'm very satisfied with the service at Neue Weberei! My bike was repaired quickly and professionally. Many thanks to Davide, who was very attentive to my needs. There's also a lovely café/bar with great offers, ideal for something to eat or drink while waiting for your bike. Highly recommended! 🚴♂️

We were just there for a quick cappuccino – it was delicious, and the oat milk was free. At €4, it was definitely good value for money. The ambiance was also great; we sat outside, and it was very nice. Unfortunately, the lady at the bar was very unfriendly. It was our first time there and we didn't know how things worked there regarding ordering, choosing a seat, self-service, etc. Nothing was explained to us, and we were looked at as if we were a burden. They didn't treat new paying customers with any kind of friendliness. There's definitely room for improvement here.
