Dubious, endlessly dragging out fairy tales about additional costs based on flat rates. Different from what was originally stated in the rental agreement. As a solo self-employed person with a Mac and a screen, you pay as much as if you had several industrial machines running 24/7. The same layer for the heating costs. There is no one specifically available to answer questions, especially if the rental agreement has already ended. So you are stuck with high additional payments and hope to receive an answer at some point.

Hands off. Not an option for startups and small business owners. Dubious business practices. I've been waiting for the deposit for more than 12 months. The handover report is also overdue. The utility bill consists of flat rates, not billing for actual usage... For large companies, this affects petty cash. Startups must expect financial losses if they rent here. No contact person available on site. Threatening calls about "outstanding" amounts. No willingness to dialogue. No willingness to compromise. The rental period was OK.

Sirius Business Park Teningen has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Sirius Facilities.
