The ePLAZA Office Center in the Europaviertel Stuttgart impresses with its central location in the immediate vicinity of the main train station - ideal for meetings and business appointments. The modern, bright rooms are equipped to a high standard and offer a pleasant working atmosphere. What struck me particularly positively was the quiet and surprisingly low-traffic environment, which enabled concentrated work. The service is professional and the coffee lounges invite you to linger. Absolutely well-deserved 5 stars. Special requests are always accommodated. Professional reception. The rooms are simply perfect for meetings, as they are perfectly temperature-controlled and therefore fantastic for results-oriented meetings or workshops, even in the hot summer. Quiet collaboration and focus are ensured thanks to the soundproofing, which is another plus. Also ideal for participants arriving by train, as it is right next to the station. Despite the central location, however, there are stunningly beautiful views into the distance (rooms on the south side). There is no feeling of being walled in by a building. The inner courtyard also doesn't feel cramped, as it is very large and even offers a lunch option. I would definitely also like to highlight the free drinks: water and coffee. Especially because you can use them in a great open kitchen with standing tables for a short break. We were happy to do so. For us, a business oasis of well-being with extremely good value for money. We would definitely come back here!

The rooms and amenities were very good and left nothing to be desired. However, the toilets are an absolute disgrace. Any train station toilet would be a dream compared to them. I find it particularly rude when the cleaner checks and signs to confirm that they have cleaned. It doesn't make a good impression in terms of hygiene and the like.

Basic service and infrastructure are very well suited for training. For external participants, the hotel problem in downtown Stuttgart certainly poses a certain obstacle.
