Perfect for anyone looking for storage space for anything... Easy access and a large elevator... Very helpful and friendly office staff...

The rental offices are generally fine and functionally furnished, but the service unfortunately leaves much to be desired. The staff is unfriendly and often seems unmotivated. The slow response time to inquiries is particularly negative – it usually takes two to three weeks to receive a response. This makes communication unnecessarily slow and significantly complicates everyday work. Overall, disappointing, as the office itself is suitable, but the support and assistance leave much to be desired.

Very nice employee (Ms. Heid) in Rastatt. Friendly, solution-oriented, very competent advice. Civilian prices. The storage rooms are barrier-free, clean and easy to access. Always my pleasure. 5* is STILL not enough. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Karlsruher Strasse 31-33 has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription.
