Excellent business center - highly recommended! We've been working at Unit Office GmbH for about two years now, which boasts a perfect location thanks to its direct access to the highway. The parking situation is particularly convenient – there are ample spaces in front of the building and in the underground garage. The premises themselves are modern, tastefully designed, and very well-maintained. In addition to the well-equipped offices, there's a kitchen and a comfortable lounge where you can relax or hold meetings in a pleasant atmosphere. Various meeting rooms and a meeting booth are available for meetings, which can be booked flexibly. High praise also goes to the on-site team: always friendly, competent, and helpful – you simply feel welcome and well looked after. Overall, a thoroughly successful working environment that combines professionalism with comfort, and therefore highly recommended!

We've been renting for over a year and are completely satisfied. The premises are modern, clean, and well-equipped. There are ample meeting rooms available, which can also be booked at short notice. The location is excellent, with easy and quick access to the motorway and train station. The entire on-site team is friendly, helpful, and creates a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere. All inquiries and requests are handled quickly and easily. Highly recommended!

I have been working here for 2.5 years. This is an excellent working office place with well organized office services, high quality facilities and more important, extremely friendly employees. In addition to normal office service/supplies, they even provide free fruits and sweets, which have really helped me a lot when I become hungry after intensive works and need some small food to fill the stomach urgently. So far I have been feeling very comfortable working here.
