We, a group of about 20 people, were able to use this space at the very last minute for New Year's Eve. Everything went smoothly. The accommodation was clean and spacious. The owner is friendly and accommodating. 👍

I celebrated my birthday there and was very happy. Landlord: very friendly Amenities: I only had to bring my own food and drinks; everything else was provided. Location: Even though the people outside were a bit loud from time to time, there were no complaints from the neighbors.

Great place to stay, close to the main park and the dock. Karl is a great host, super friendly and very attentive. He ways always close to help with anything. Super recomendable el lugar.
