Mr. J.D. doesn't seem to take his integrity very seriously (see other post). He bought cheap goods from me, which he then reduced by 20% in advance, and then brazenly paid via PayPal, where a portion of the few euros was deducted again. Afterward, at his request, I was supposed to ship the goods using a DHL label he sent me. This already struck me as a negative (because it looked tampered with, which I immediately criticized). The DHL shop initially refused to accept it, but then, after discussion, I finally accepted it. In the end, however, the package with his label was intercepted by DHL at the parcel center, and I had to secure it with great effort. All in all, hours of work, a huge effort, and nothing but trouble! We'll see what else Mr. J.D. has planned?!? Mr. J.D. completely ignored several attempts to correct his "mistakes." Then the rating will be further adjusted...

Organization and booking were problem-free. I think it's particularly good that I was offered an accommodating arrangement because I wanted/had to postpone my first booking (due to Corona). In this respect, I have only had positive experiences with the team. The anteroom and the room itself are a bit old, and the coffee kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped. But there was nothing wrong with it. Four stars only because there are even more modern rooms/offers.

Despite Corona, the process went very well and smoothly. Ms. Hansser and Mr. Dreiling were always approachable. Providing the drinks was also completely problem-free and the selection was completely sufficient. The only drawback was the somewhat sparse technical equipment. But if you know that, you can prepare for it and bring one or two extension cables with you.

So far I can only say positive things about the company. I have been staying in the premises regularly for about 2 weeks. Rooms are very well equipped for the prices. Water and coffee are provided. I cannot agree with the comments made by the commentators in previous posts. But as we all know, an argument always takes two people. Keep it up.
