Excellent office space and top-notch service Our decision to rent an office from Eco Office was the right one. The rooms are modern and attractively designed, with plenty of natural light and well-thought-out furnishings that support productive work. The location is conveniently located and easily accessible for our team, making everyday life much easier. The excellent service is particularly noteworthy. The Eco Office team was professional and courteous from the very beginning – from the initial viewing to the lease signing and beyond. Even with questions or minor concerns during the lease term, the team is quick and easy to help. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I had rented a conference room for Saturday, August 29, 2020. I traveled a special 1.5 hours for this. Unfortunately, no one was there, so I couldn't hold my all-day conference there. I can't recommend this company at all. They are completely unreliable, and I find it unbelievable that, despite clear email communication, I ended up facing closed doors! Very annoying, Prof. Dr. Sabine Skalla
At Ecos Work Spaces - Freiburg, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are also available. In addition, Private Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Ecos Work Spaces (Freiburg & Eschborn).
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Ecos Work Spaces (Freiburg & Eschborn), who is more than happy to help out.
