Despite the high volume of patients, she takes her time, listens attentively, and treats you with genuine humanity and understanding – something that is not always a given these days. So, it was my fifth day trying to get a referral. Because I didn't speak German, and because I didn't know anything at all, my family doctors kept kicking me around like a football. After much googling, I discovered DOCTOLIB, where I actually made an appointment with Dr. Alena Chikatovskaya. A 10-minute wait in the waiting room, a couple of minutes in the office, and I left with a referral. At least it was quick. Thank you.

The option of video conferencing is particularly convenient. My special thanks go to Dr. Alena Chykatouskaya. She is an attentive and responsible physician. Even when time is limited for an appointment or video consultation, she manages to listen carefully to the patient, answer questions, analyze findings, provide recommendations, and prescribe the necessary medications. Her treatments have had a very positive impact on my health. I was surprised to read a negative review about her – my experience is the complete opposite.
