I had a really positive experience at this practice. Frau Chykatouskaya was attentive, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. She even took the blood for tests by herself! The reception team was also wonderful — very welcoming, organized, and always ready to help with any questions. I recently registered at this clinic because I needed a family doctor. I came today because I got sick on Friday with a fever and needed a doctor's examination (it's Monday). I arrived at 8:30, which is the time you can come in without an appointment. The woman at the reception desk was completely incompetent and told me I needed to make an appointment through the Doctorlib app. I said I couldn't wait because I wasn't feeling well right now. Incidentally, I came at the designated time (8:00 to 10:00). Even after I said I didn't have an appointment, they still told me on the app that it was mandatory. I still don't understand why. Then they told me my family doctor was on vacation and didn't send me to another one! I was given a note for Friday and today (Monday), but I needed a doctor's examination and information on treatment options. I still haven't seen the doctor. I understand my doctor is on vacation and needs a replacement, but they didn't help me with that and sent me home.
