Are you looking for premises in the west of Berlin which can be adapted to your needs as well as offering an excellent service?
Whether for conferences, employee training, seminars or business meetings, Gartenfeld Conference Centre offers you the right rooms for every occasion.
The centre boasts a total of eight professionally equipped event rooms, ranging in size from 37 m2 to 117 m2 and which can hold up to 100 people, depending on the room configuration. All the rooms are well lit courtesy of wide window frontages, but they can be darkened if required. The spacious lounge at the heart of the conference centre is an inviting setting for your guests to take a relaxing break. The rooms are also equipped as standard with Internet access, whiteboards, flipcharts and writing implements.
Flexibility is foremost: Additional conference and presentation technology are available as an optional extra. We are also flexible when it comes to rental periods, which means you only have to pay for what you really need.
We offer a wide range of services, including room layouts to suit your individual needs, free parking spaces as well as optional catering for your guests.
You can book the catering as a reasonably priced extra or opt for one of our highly attractive and individually tailored fixed daily rates. This includes both the room rental and, depending on the size of your event, coffee breaks, a lunchtime menu and additional presentation technology.
Organising and running business events is stressful enough already, so our friendly on-site service personnel work with you to put together the ideal package. They take care of all the details themselves so you can focus fully on the content of your meeting.
The conference centre is just 3 km from Tegel Airport and 1 km from the Jungfernheide woodland area. The nearest underground station is 1.4 km away, and there is a bus stop right outside the centre, meaning Berlin city centre is just a short journey away by car or public transport. The easiest way to reach the conference centre by car is via the A111 motorway, taking the Flughafen Tegel exit (Ausfahrt).

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
