SimpliOffice at FUHUB Berlin In the beautiful Dahlem district near Zehlendorf, we’re creating what may be the most sustainable SimpliOffice we’ve ever built.
This timber-hybrid construction combines innovation with a thoughtful climate concept, featuring a green rooftop terrace, photovoltaic systems on the roofs, and a multi-stage ventilation system.
The building surrounds a shared courtyard designed to bring people together—whether during events or a lunch break—to connect, unwind, and exchange ideas.
On the ground floor, SimpliOffice offers its signature amenities: coworking spaces, meeting rooms, a compact gym, post-workout showers, and round-the-clock access to fresh water and coffee. Thanks to our app, every community member can use the space 24,7 to work, exercise, or relax in one of our many lounges.
Like all our offices, the SimpliOffice at FUHUB is incredibly well-equipped—but it also has a unique highlight: a cooking robot that whips up a fantastic meal in under 10 minutes.
