I would strongly caution anyone considering Mindspace Berlin (Münzstraße).
I signed up for a flexible monthly membership, expecting that I could cancel with reasonable notice like at other coworking spaces. Instead, Mindspace applies a “current + 30” rule hidden in their fine print: even if you cancel during your month, they force you to pay for another full month.
In my case, I booked one month, then they renewed me into another. When I gave notice during that second month, they told me I still had to pay for a third month I didn’t want or use. This is completely unreasonable and feels like a trap to squeeze money out of customers.
The cancellation process is also frustrating — you only get confirmation once their team processes it, which delays things further in their favor.
For a company that brands itself as “flexible” and “member-first,” the reality is the opposite: opaque cancellation terms, automatic renewals, and unexpected charges.
There are plenty of coworking spaces in Berlin that offer truly flexible memberships with clear notice periods. I would not recommend Mindspace unless you’re prepared for hidden costs and poor transparency.
