Despite the client company's presence, the landlord rented out the workspaces, which were booked for over €1,000, along with the office space, to a film company without prior notice. This disrupted important presentations, as it rendered operations impossible. Clients had to be turned away, and planned photo shoots (during the Christmas season) had to be unexpectedly canceled. The film company filmed without regard for the ongoing client business and left behind a cluttered office, storing helium gas and paint cans (fire accelerants) in the office's server room, which was still in use. The film company's client is the European Union's Occupational Safety and Health Agency. The film was for #blinkaloo. We have terminated the lease without notice. Just 24 hours later, upon receiving the keys, the landlord, Oliver Doppler, threatened me with his lawyer if any information or images were released to the public without his permission. This means that if the landlord, Doppler, allows complete strangers to film the rooms booked by the customer without asking or informing the customer, potentially allowing sensitive information to be compromised, it's acceptable. If the customer, in my case myself, informs the public, a lawyer should get involved. It's said that anyone who brandishes a lawyer in such a situation has something to hide, as lawyers are used to suppress public reviews or to report the incident.
