I have to say, I'm really not satisfied with Sirius Facilities, but there is one exception: Mr. Sedat Tapar. He is incredibly helpful, professional, and takes care of our needs. Without him, my experience here would have been much worse. Kudos to Mr. Tapar.

Review for Sirius Facilities GmbH – Walder Straße 51 in Hilden I have been renting an office at Walder Straße 51 in Hilden for over 2.5 years – and I have to honestly say, I am deeply disappointed and often feel powerless in my dealings with the management. Massive data protection violation – and no one takes responsibility The worst thing that happened to me here was that reminders about allegedly unpaid rent were sent directly to one of my clients without my consent. I can't even express how hurt and helpless I felt. This is not only a data protection violation, but has also severely damaged my reputation and business relationships. My client has even suspended our collaboration for the time being. This simply shouldn't happen – and it feels like no one here is truly taking responsibility. Unfounded reminders despite always paying on time I have always paid my rent on time. Yet I keep receiving reminders that are simply incorrect. This is really destroying my nerves and my trust. Opaque utility costs – I don't understand anything The utility bills are so confusing that I can't figure out what I'm really paying for. What was particularly absurd was that I paid three months' worth of utility costs in the first two months – it feels like I've been ripped off. Incorrect maintenance costs In the bill, I was charged for soundproofing measures that aren't even recoverable. Such errors demonstrate how sloppy the work here is. The office in poor condition – despite rent After all this time, my office looks the same as it did when I started, in some cases even worse. The windows are dirty, the heating often doesn't work. Communication? None When I raise problems, I rarely get clear answers. Promised responses often don't materialize. I feel like I'm simply being ignored. My conclusion After all these years, I feel neither well looked after nor respected here. The data protection breach and the resulting consequences, in particular, make the whole thing almost unbearable for me. I advise everyone to think very carefully about renting here. Personally, it's a very frustrating experience, and I'm seriously considering leaving the office as soon as possible.
