We renovated a complete restaurant space including the professional kitchen into a new conference space, which can be rented by hours or days. The purpose we do this is to provide people a certainty, when they want to call for a seminar, to make a workshop, or to meet the business partner, they they don't need to have a headahe of "where"?, they don't need to fight to "occupy a meeting room"?, even they don't need to worry about "how much"?. They can only concentrate in and enjoy "what I want to express"?.
