We loved staying at this hotel! It's superbly located, right next to great restaurants, the train station, etc., and the service in the rooms and at breakfast was excellent. We especially want to highlight Dominik, the receptionist, who was very kind, professional, and welcoming with our inquiries and requests. A great choice!

We've stayed at the Melia several times now, a very pleasant place to feel comfortable, however, there is one significant criticism, and it concerns some guests. Seeing fellow travelers in the Level Lounge on the 7th floor, both at breakfast and throughout the day, wearing cheap flip-flops (mostly two sizes too small), isn't exactly appetizing. And when XXL T-shirts aren't even long enough to cover their protruding belly buttons, well... How about asking some of these colorful characters to put on their bathrobes in their suites? That would certainly improve the overall look!

Nice stay at this place very well located and connected to almost everything by walk and metro translation very close to it got a room with nice view on a city
