We booked the virtual office at GESOWORX Pankow to receive our business mail there. Mail is received via a mailbox in the hallway of the residential building, next to which there is a list of all virtual office users. The GESOWORX team then distributes the received mail to the respective mailboxes once a week. Unfortunately, we had difficulties receiving mail right from the start. The first letter was immediately returned as undeliverable. Despite confirmation from the GESOWORX team that our company name was correctly listed in the directory, there were repeated returns as “undeliverable”. The friendly staff on site saw the post office as the only one to blame. The post office, in turn, told me that the delivery people might not read the user directory next to the mailbox carefully enough. Receiving mail now works perfectly in our new virtual office. The reliability of receiving mail is our top priority with a virtual office, which is why we unfortunately cannot recommend the virtual office at GESOWORX Pankow.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with GESOWORX.
