I booked this hotel because of its wellness facilities. The hotel's price is similar to other hotels in the same category. Shortly before booking, I was informed that I would have to pay €20 per person per day to use the wellness area. Luckily, I had booked with a cancellation option and was able to cancel my stay. I find it really inappropriate to advertise wellness and spa facilities and then charge extra for them in the fine print. They should just include it in the price.

I rented a room and wanted to go to sleep at 11:42 pm, but there's a wedding going on downstairs; the whole hotel is dancing, so I can't sleep.
