Poderia haver frigobar no quarto! Estamos com problema na temperatura do quarto, pois é um ar central, ainda que tentamos regular no quarto, não aquece. Termostato parece não funcionar…

Pathetic. Run away from this place. No one is taking responsibility for anything. We're staying here. The hotel seems to be run by volunteers, and your luck depends on who greets you. The person who checked us in wasn't in a good mood. We filled out our information on their computer and printed our cards ourselves. They didn't give us any information whatsoever. When we went up to our room, it didn't have a kitchen as we had expected, but we saw that at the end of the hallway there was a kitchen (one at each end of the hallway, at least two per floor). When we asked, they told us it was only for long stays. To top it all off, today around 9 pm, I was going in to take a shower and I tripped over the step (because some genius decided to put a step at the entrance to the bathroom, so when you're half asleep at night you trip) and the fire alarm started going off. I went out in flip-flops, pants, and a t-shirt (without ID or anything, not understanding what was happening). They kicked us out onto the street in -6 degree weather. A real disgrace. Talking to a girl, she said it happens every week. If they had at least warned us when we arrived (if it's as they told us it happens often), it would have been something to consider. On the other hand, the ceiling... The room seems stained with mold (edited). I'm resuming the feedback, same day, 2 hours later, the fire alarm goes off again. Again, the whole hotel is out on the street. I asked for the manager; they told me he's coming on Monday (so, there are two supposed possibilities that your hotel is burning down and you don't even bother to check on people). Third part of this review (third edited): Dear manager, who so thoughtfully wrote the response, you still haven't shown up at the hotel. Third alarm in 3 days, this time at 5 a.m. Again, you weren't at the hotel. Nobody apologized for the ordeal; the firefighters and police simply came, checked, deactivated the alarm, and like sheep, we all went back to our rooms. 5 days at The Social Hub Berlin. 3 Fire alarms, three moments of anguish and nerves, and now the final row where no one even offers a sincere apology or explains what happened. I don't understand why the fire department hasn't shut this place down.

I want to know what the social hub is doing regarding to so frequent fire alarm? Already 3 times within this 5 days' stay? Even a terrifying alarm at 5 o'clock in the early morning? It is unfair just to say it is an error. And it is also putting so many people's safety under danger!

Great location and very convenient for transportation. However, it is not suitable for rest. The fire alarm goes off almost every day, often late at night or in the early morning (11 PM, 1–5 AM), making it very difficult to sleep. The alarms are usually triggered by guests smoking in their rooms. Management should take this issue seriously, as it greatly affects the quality of stay.
Please reach out to The Social Hub for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Social Hub.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Social Hub, who is more than happy to help out.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
