I had booked a hot desk at ABC Workspace Friedrichstraße – officially from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The workspace itself was pleasant: the table and chair were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to work. Unfortunately, the room was quite dark overall, as there was hardly any natural light – that's a matter of taste, of course, but for me personally, it was rather distracting. What really annoyed me, however, was the situation in the morning. According to the opening hours listed on Google, the workspace was supposed to open at 8:30 a.m. So I figured I could just arrive a little earlier. However, when I got there, I discovered that the entrance was locked and no one from the team was there. Good – I thought – I hadn't officially booked until 9:00 a.m. So I waited. But even at 9:00 a.m., no one was there to open the door. It wasn't until around 9:15 a.m. that someone who rented a permanent office there came and kindly let me in. The receptionist in charge didn't arrive until shortly after – about 20 minutes after my booking time had started. I also noticed that the receptionist seemed rather unmotivated during the few interactions I had and kept looking at her phone during the conversation – this doesn't make a particularly professional impression. Overall: The workplace was fine, but there's still room for improvement in terms of service and reliability.

Christin, in the reception and management department of ABC Workspaces at Friedrichstrasse 79, provided us with excellent service as our clients and tenants from summer 2023 to winter 2024. We were greeted warmly every morning, and she made our stay in the space particularly pleasant. Christin managed all administrative tasks perfectly and demonstrated remarkable helpfulness. Furthermore, Christin was always attentive and available to provide expert advice and prompt assistance. Her professionalism and dedication made our stay much easier. We felt very comfortable in the space and can recommend it without reservation, thanks to Christin alone. Her outstanding support convinced us that we would gladly return anytime. At ABC Workspaces - Berlin Friedrichstrasse, Meeting Rooms and Private Day Offices can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with ABC Workspaces GmbH.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
